One of the things people hate about the holidays is the weight they gain from all the delicious food. I know I hear it, my mom and aunts complaining about how they are gonna have to watch what they eat, They go off their diets and will start it back up the following week. The good things about regular dinner rolls is the iron, calcium, fiber, protein, and energy  it provides. But you also have to think about the sugar and fats it has in it. Whole wheat is a much better choice and  is lower in the calories department. It has fiber and high in nutrients and minerals that are good for and that of which the white bread does not have.
